New re-transfer dye-sublimation card printer for financial and retail cards: Fargo HDPii Financial Card Printer

Fargo Electronics is a global leader in secure technologies for card identity systems. Now Fargo announces the introduction of the HDPii Financial Card Printer. This re-transfer dye-sublimation printer is based on the HDP5000 platform and enables the on-site instant issuance of debit / credit, Prepaid and gift cards. It is developed especially for the financial and retail markets.

The Reverse Image print quality delivers the highest image quality possible for instant issuance applications. The Fargo HDPii Financial Printer offers additional features to meet the specific security regulations and needs of financial and retail customer, as well as card associations (e.g. Visa®, MasterCard®):

Evolution instead of Revolution Evolis Tattoo²

Shortly before the international trade fair Cartes Evolis launches the second edition of their Tattoo card printer.

Similar to the other new Evolis models Pebble4 and Dualys3 the important improvements of the Tattoo² are in detail. The most important change is the ability of monochrome and colour card print! As a result the Tattoo2 is the most compact colour card printer in its category.

German Presidency EU2007.de and G8 Summit 2007

The Presidency of the Council of the European Union is held by Germany for the period of the first six months of 2007. A lot of ministerial meetings and conventions take place in German country during its Presidency. In addition the G8 presidency 2007 is held by Germany, too. The G8 leaders will meet for their annual G8 summit 2007 in Heiligendamm.
