1. Download the version of the “YouCard QuickSupport” tool for your operating system: TeamViewer Quick Support
2. Start the application you downloaded. You will then see an “ID” and a “password” that our support needs.
3. Contact us. Please call +49 6441 4459 80 and ask for an available technician for remote maintenance. Done! If you need assistance with the installation or commissioning of our support tool, please contact us. We are at any time available!
