How does CORE work?

The system is based on a completely dynamic database model. The CORE database serves as the synchronization center for all active directory services.

The directory services themselves are connected to the system via bidirectional connectors, so-called interactors. Interactors thus act as an interface between CORE and any external sub- or target systems. Examples of target systems include access control or casino applications.

Subsystems, in turn, are flanking web interfaces that are connected to the core via defined access points. Examples include ticketing, card management, or even an intranet.

Data modeling is based on arbitrary imports and/or manual entries. Synchronization mechanisms with the subsystems are rule-based, event-driven, and time-driven.

Web based Application Portal

The integrated application portal (CAP) enables web-based, dynamic management of information objects (entities). Entities are divided into base and target data . These can be entered, edited, and assigned by the user in CAP. User rights can be assigned individually for each user.

The central component of the system is the CORE Base, which ensures that all transactions are fully documented and archived. This actively supports audits and compliance with the GDPR.

The integrated application portal CAP is completely web-based and thus creates the prerequisite for possible cloud operation.

CORE Frames

CORE is highly flexible and suitable for a wide range of applications. Choose from pre- built basic frames , the CORE Frames , or formulate your own individual requirements. CORE is the ideal identification solution for people and objects.

Frame 1: Ticketing

CORE Ticketing is a web-based extension for convenient ticket validation for all sporting events and other events with an audience. The software enables quick and easy digital capture of visitor data. Personalized tickets can be issued either in physical form or stored as eTickets in the visitor’s smartphone wallet.

The event organizer can individually decide whether the ticket is provided as a QR code or even as an NFC-based wallet ticket. An NFC credential offers the advantage over a QR code in that it is tamper-proof and cannot be copied. This makes it even easier to prevent misuse of access authorizations.

With CORE Ticketing, visitor registrations take place in advance of the event. This significantly reduces the burden on the organizer. Registration processes and waiting times on site are also reduced to a minimum for visitors.

Frame 2: ID Card Management

CORE ID Management extends the basic system with a professional solution for creating ID cards. CORE is combined with our card software YouChip.

In the Core Application Portal (CAP), the CORE user interface, you dynamically manage the base data, target data, and layouts for your ID cards. You control all imported personal data that will later be printed on the ID card. The data can be edited and manually enhanced at any time.

You initiate the printing of the ID cards directly in CORE. If necessary, a dual-control principle can be used, and final print approval can be obtained from another user.

Optional Modules

CORE can do much more. The system, or rather each CORE frame, can be expanded with additional modules. Combining multiple modules makes sense in many cases.

Do you want to manage and encode transponders, such as RFID labels or tags? Thanks to CORE, it’s easy. The CORE Coding module provides you with a solution for encoding contact chips and RFID transponders.

Do you want your credentials managed via CORE to be stored in the end user’s smartphone wallet? This is also possible. With CORE Wallet, you get the right module for creating digital IDs.
