The rf IDEAS WAVE ID Mobile reader is a programmable dual-frequency card reader with integrated Bluetooth Low Energy technology.
With the RFID reader, users can use any 125 kHz or 13.56 MHz RFID card, RFID tags, or label for secure mobile authentication and identification. The WAVE ID Mobile also interacts with sensors and mobile devices equipped with Bluetooth Low Energy.
The WAVE ID Mobile is one of the most robust readers on the market and comes standard with four customizable card configurations, allowing IT or security departments to seamlessly integrate additional card types.
The WAVE ID Mobile from rf IDEAS is available in three different versions. The card reader is available for HID Mobile Access, Orange Business Services Pack ID Mobile Credentials, and Safetrust Wallet.
Modern Bluetooth Capabilities
Mobile devices equipped with Bluetooth Low Energy technology can be used in combination with the reader as secure authentication and identification devices. The WAVE ID Mobile is therefore ideal for a wide range of applications in every industry.
Seamless Integration
The WAVE ID reader is also available as an SDK model and can be integrated into most software or hardware components using the rf IDEAS Universal Software Developer’s Kit (SDK). SDK readers use a callable DLL or other direct integration methods instead of keystrokes (emulating a keyboard device). These readers deliver the card ID in a format recognized by applications, offering virtually unlimited possibilities for user identification and authentication.
