The Elbphilharmonie Plaza, Hamburg’s most spectacular balcony, is a public viewing platform between the old Kaiserspeicher A and the glass facade of the Elbphilharmonie, 37 meters high. Since its opening in November 2016, the architectural highlight has been one of Europe’s most popular attractions and attracts up to 17,000 visitors per day.
XL-Badges for Accreditation
The Plaza has been visited by a large number of tourist groups in very different, partly unstructured ways ever since. In order to keep the content quality of guided tours on the plaza at a high level, only certified tour guides have been admitted to the Elbphilharmonie since September 2018. The guides now identify themselves with accreditation badges in the format 140 x 90 mm in an uncomplicated manner. The badges from digital printing have all the important personalization features such as photo, name, function and validity.
